TrafficSwarm Pro users receive priority support, and we treat all customers fairly - as we have been doing for years. We have an extremely good relationship with our merchant account providers, because we have 1000s of satisfied customers. If you ever have a "problem" all you need to do is contact us.

There will NEVER be a legitimate reason to file a chargeback request with your credit card company.

If you file a complaint or chargeback request against TrafficSwarm, we will provide the bank with all of the information that we have about you, your account, your activities, and your Pro subscription. They will decide how to handle your complaint or chargeback request - it's entirely up to them.

One thing that's for certain though is that we will immediately delete your TrafficSwarm account, you will lose any earned commissions, you will lose your downline, you and your URLs will be forever banned from TrafficSwarm, and we will share what we know about you with our marketing partners.
