What happens if one of my renewal payments fails?

If a renewal payment fails, you'll receive an email notification and our billing system will attempt to re-try your payment once per day for the next 3 days. If we are still unable to process your renewal payment after the 4th attempt, your account will be automatically downgraded to a standard "free" account. Once you figure out why your credit card is not accepting the charge, you can upgrade again.
